Uses:
It is used for blowing low-density polyethylene (LDPE), high-density polyethylene (HDPE), and linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE). It is widely used in express bag special film, black inside and white outside, three-layer coextrusion. It can carry filling material and return material in the middle. It can greatly reduce the production cost and has a stronger pulling force. It is also an ideal product for producing printing substrate, and packaging film for export products and industrial products.

1. The tensile strength of the film can be significantly enhanced by the three-layer coextrusion composite film.

2. The barrel and screw of the extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel. After precision processing and nitriding treatment, the hardness of the extruder reaches the optimum value and is durable.

3. The auxiliary machine is equipped with a flat table to make the operation convenient and to prepare a stable foam ring.

4. Take up device: its power adopts torque motor, which can keep suitable tension, take up neatly and change coil conveniently.

5. Equipped with a meter counter and automatic alarm to control the weight and length of each roll at any time.

6. The automatic air supply system can ensure the film width and reduce people's trouble filling gas.
